Currently, communication often occurs via multiple channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams), causing information to become fragmented. With Team Asset Planner, all up-to-date planning information is accessible in a single platform.
Asset manager: the asset manager is the main contractor and is ultimately responsible for the correct execution of the planning.
Executing party: a party required to perform a step in the asset planning.
End customer: the party that will become the (future) owner of the asset.
In TAP, you create a schedule collaboratively. The information displayed includes:
- Which parties are performing a step in the process
- The start and end dates for each step
- The live location of the asset
- Custom values per asset (e.g., your company’s internal ID)
- The end customer
- Notifications when schedules overlap
The costs are fully transparent upfront. Team Asset Planner is available starting from €5 /asset /month for large numbers of assets under construction. Please also see our pricing page.

No, Team Asset Planner was developed by SB Space. SB Space is an independent party in the market. This ensures that you are under no obligation to purchase other software packages. Team Asset Planner ensures that all stakeholders receive access with their own account, without further obligations!
A GPS tracker can provide a signal when an asset is at a different location than planned. This allows executing parties to immediately adjust their planning when it is no longer correct.
Yes, you will receive notifications whenever an executing party modifies their schedule. Additionally, you can receive alerts if the planning is incorrect based on GPS location.
The web application works best on PC, but is also accessible via mobile.
Yes, an additional account can be added to your organization for every user. A monthly surcharge applies for each additional user.
End customers or other stakeholders can view progress in the web application via their own account. Prefer to export a report? We would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
The GPS tracker is assigned to your organization. Team Asset Planner will not use information from GPS signals in any way other than what is required to provide you with the most accurate location data.
Team Asset Planner is not custom-made software. Certain functionalities, such as reporting, can however be personalized. Furthermore, SB Space, the software company behind Team Asset Planner, can provide custom solutions in almost all cases. Contact us to discuss the possibilities.
